PROFESSIONAL
MASTER'S LEVEL TRADITIONAL CHINESE ACUPUNCTURE PROGRAM
SHI's
Traditional Chinese Acupuncture Program was established to provide
quality education for the student seeking a Professional Master's
Level Training Program in Acupuncture.
The
Acupuncture program is a vigorous academic program. Applicants must have completed at least 60 semester or 90
quarter credit hours of college education prior to applying to the
Acupuncture program.
The
curriculum was designed to engage students in learning an integrative
model of healthcare by teaching the theories, principles, and practices
of both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. As such,
faculty consist of individuals trained in Traditional Eastern Medicine
as well as Physicians, Counselors, and other professionals trained
in Western Medicine practices.
The
classes for the Acupuncture program are conducted at SHI's main campus.
